SICS organizes a new edition of the prestigious Match Analysis course dedicated to the training and certification of the Tactical Video Analyst, a professional figure increasingly important and required by football clubs.

To overcome the limitations imposed by the COVID emergency, the new edition of the SICS Match Analysis course shall be in an fully digital format and will allow you to attend the course lessons (and the related exam) remotely from your home or office.

The course involves passing a final exam; the SICS Video Analyst Certificate will be issued to the participants after the successful completion of the course.

Duration

36 hours organized into 9 days in a span of three weeks: 8 sessions of 4 hours each, with a final exam of 4 hours in the third week to obtain the certification.

Prerequisites

Good knowledge and use of computer.
The course is theoretical/practical; participants must use their own PC (see section 'PC minimum features'), where the license of the software Videomatch, necessary for the execution of the exercises and the final exam, must be installed.

To attend the course it is not requested any coach (UEFA/FIFA) license.

Participants will be provided with:
  • Videomatch 2021 software license, the professional software for Match Analysis, valid for three months
  • Dynamic 2019 software license, a powerful video editing software with dynamic graphics, valid for three months
  • Free three-month access to the Sics.tv platform
  • Certificate of participation in the course

Teachers

Francesco Bordin
Professional coach Uefa A, SICS's external consultant for data collection system and content, Match Analyst of Italy National U21 Team.

Marco Carniel
Graduated in Sport Science, Youth Coach, Head of Department of Football Match Analysis and data collection of SICS since 2012, coordinator of the activities of tacticians and analysts and head of contents.

Michele Crestani
CEO of SICS, a leading company in products and services related to Match Analysis, speaker at various international conferences, teacher at UEFA A and PRO courses. He graduated in Physics; he's always been fascinated by technology and its applications to sport and football in particular.

Certification

The participants who pass the final exam will be provided with:

  • SICS Match Analyst certificate
  • Enrollment in the "SICS Match Analyst – Tactical Video Analyst " board.

Costs

Course fee 1240,00 USD (down payment 250 USD and balance 990 USD). Registrations will be closed when places are exhausted.

Minimal Notebook requirements for Videomatch
  • Supported Operating Systems: Windows 7 (64 bit) or higher, Mac OS X 10.13 High Sierra or higher
  • Intel Core i5 Processor and above (or equivalent), Macbook Pro for Apple systems
  • Minimal 13.3 display, recommended 15.6
  • Minimal video card resolution 1280 x 720
  • Free hard disk space at least 20 GB, SSD disk recommended
  • At least 4 GB of RAM memory
The minimal features apply to the use of Videomatch, the software that shall be used during the course and the exam. Dynamic requires superior characteristics, but is not required for the examination.
Cancellation policy SICS reserves the right to cancel the course in the event that the minumum number of 20 members is not reached; only in this case the payments will be refunded.
